Terms of Use.
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your use of craftedwithcode.com (the “Site”), operated by Crafted With Code (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Our services
The Site describes our web design, development and integration services. Information on the Site — including example prices and timelines — is general and does not form a contract. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over anything on the Site.
Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its security or operation, scraping it in a way that burdens our systems, or submitting spam, false or unlawful content through our forms.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Portfolio screenshots and case studies are shown with our clients’ permission; their trademarks belong to them. You may view and share pages from the Site for personal or internal business use, but may not copy or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.
Case studies and results
Case studies describe the experience of specific clients and the results they reported for specific periods. Results depend on many factors and are not a guarantee of the results you will achieve.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites (for example our clients’ sites and property management systems). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is”. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
