• Client reviews — if you are a client and choose to submit a review through a private link, we collect your rating, written review, name, role, any results you share and any video you upload, together with your consent to publish them.
• Technical information — like most websites, our servers record your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to keep the Site secure (for example to block spam and attacks) and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years so we can follow up on conversations, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the project and for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU/UK under the GDPR, or in California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
